review one’s current wellness and then set long-term fitness and weight goals
that are healthy and sustainable over a long-term period (five years).
Instead of adopting a fad diet (which are often unsafe or just pure nonsense),
Diet Day is a time to focus on real lifestyle changes that have been
demonstrated through multiple peer-reviewed scientific research studies to
optimize overall fitness and maximize both lifespan and health span.
